Arrival
Arrival is from 15:30. Please do not arrive earlier, as we won't be able to accommodate you before then. If arriving before 15:30 is unavoidable, you can leave your luggage in a designated luggage area and relax on the restaurant terrace while you wait. Please note that any food and drinks purchased there are at your own expense and are not included in your stay.
The building is U-shaped, and our private parking area and terrace are located at the rear of the property. Our accommodations are not accessible through the restaurant, so kindly do not park or enter from that side. Our parking and entrance are at the rear.

FHYP is a 'dry' event, modest amounts of alcohol will be provided at the after party. If you bring your own alcohol, please don't drink until saturday night, after the game. Non-alcoholic drinks and snacks included
Meals are served in character and form part of the game. You're welcome to bring your own snacks, and we'll also have snacks available throughout the weekend.
There are refrigerators in the accommodation, but these will primarily be used by the catering team. If you need to store something specific, please check with the organizers first.
Drinking water will be available throughout the event. As the event takes place in the Netherlands, tap water is safe to drink, and you are welcome to refill your water bottle whenever needed.
Our caterers aim to provide plenty of food, but if you're still hungry after a meal, don't hesitate to ask them. We'd much rather you have enough to eat than go hungry.

Accessibility
Most of the venue, including some bedrooms, is wheelchair accessible. One meeting room has stairs to get there. There will be music during the event and there will be rooms with many people present, talking at the same time. The venue, including our private terrace, is smoke free, but there is acces to a more remote outside area where you can smoke or vape. If you have any specific needs or concerns—such as mobility, sensory, or other accommodations—please reach out to us in advance so we can work together to ensure your experience is enjoyable and inclusive.
Price
€ 480,- including meals, drinks, bed linen, towels and 3 nights stay. Travel expenses and costumes not included.
Reduced Price Tickets
We don’t offer sponsor tickets with a set price — instead, we invite players who are able to contribute a little extra to donate to a shared reduction fund. Our goal is to offer 400 euro tickets, but we will divide the fund evenly over those who have requested a reduced ticket.
This fund is used to offer reduced price tickets to players who would otherwise not be able to attend.
You can contribute to the fund by paying 10 euro or more extra with your first payment.
While donations are always welcome, we need to be able to discuss people that can only participate with a reduction whether they can join or not before the final casting.
If you would like to be considered for a reduced price ticket, you can indicate this on the sign-up form. You will still be included in the regular lottery like everyone else. If you are selected, we’ll check whether a reduced spot is available before finalizing your ticket.
If you choose to donate, please consider, we will use it for the reduction of others. Should you need to cancel we will not be able to refund your donation.
Ticket Cancellation and Resell Policy
If you need to cancel your ticket:
Participants are not permitted to resell their tickets themselves.
Please contact the organizers directly if you need to cancel. We will first try to find a replacement from the waiting list. If we succeed, we will refund:
€405 – your full second payment, if you cancel more than 3 months before the event
€205 – roughly half of your second payment, if you cancel within 3 months of the event
No refund – if you cancel within 1 month of the event
Important notes:
The initial payment of €75 is non-refundable.
Cancellations made after June 25, 2026 are not eligible for any form of refund or compensation.
Refunds will be issued after your replacement has completed their payment
If we are unable to find a replacement, you may propose one yourself.
We will prioritize people on the waiting list.
Replacement ticket prices (for players joining from the waiting list):
More than 3 months before the event: €405
Within 3 months of the event: €205
Within 1 month of the event: Pay what you like
